Account Administrator - Flexible

The Account Administrator supports the Sales and Account Management team by providing excellent service and follow up to assigned customers.

Territory 

This role is flexible and can be performed at any of these AFC locations:

  • Indianapolis, IN
  • Pittsburgh, PA
  • Marietta, GA
  • Fairfield, OH
  • Hartford, CT

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders into the system
  • Manage changes to orders in the system
  • Monitor and follow up with Supply Chain to ensure orders are on time
  • Coordinate with various team members to gather information for customer requests
  • Provide excellent communication to all internal stakeholders throughout the sales process        

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have the ability to stay organized and communicate clearly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  

Key Competencies 

The candidate will demonstrate competence in the following areas:

  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word at an intermediate level

Territory Sales Manager - AFC Midwest

Meet or exceed annual budgeted goals by building a robust pipeline of new opportunities to drive sales and profitability through a mix of existing accounts and new account prospects

Territory

Northern Ohio 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work in a defined territory with direct reporting to General Manager

  • Focus on customer retention by advancing existing customer relationships at all levels within the customer’s organization and by hosting quarterly business reviews with key customers

  • Expand “share of wallet” at existing customers by regularly adding new components or services  

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant account opportunities and keep them updated in the company CRM tool

  • Follow a defined sales process and participate in all weekly, quarterly & annual sales calls/meetings

  • Provide relentless communication to internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process      

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a 3+ years’ proven track record of fastener VMI program sales and program management to OEM customers.
