This position the onsite Warehouse Manager in Bloomington, MN

Job Requirements

  1. Basic math and communication skills required.

  6. Knowledge of use of scales for weight counting.
  7. Ability to walk, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist, climb ladders or equipment.

Job Duties

  1. Locate and pull product for customer orders efficiently and accurately out of inventory.
  2. Visually inspect product to ensure product pulled is correct.
  3. Maintaining and updating electronic inventory system.
  4. Notify appropriate personnel of any shortages or mislabeled product in stock.
  5. Retag product when orders are broken down to the customer’s quantities.

 

VMI Rep

Responsible for the pick-up, and delivery of goods within a warehouse manufacturing environment.

Total hours per week are expected to be 10 that would span 2-3 days

Representative will scan labels, and place orders to coincide with scheduled activities. There will be lifting of boxes in excess of 40 lbs., and a delivery cart will be used to make deliveries to specific locations within the warehouse (no forklift used).

Responsible to maintain cleanliness and organization to the standards of OPW and AFC.

Inside Sales / Account Manager  (Hartford, CT)

Reports to     

  • Director of Sales

Educational Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to read mechanical blueprints and basic competency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

Work Experience Requirements

  • 2 years related work experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with machined components in an automotive or aerospace environment is preferred.

Job Duties

  • Manage open order flow
  • Expedite and facilitate special delivery requirements
  • Contract Review
  • Provide samples and technical assistance
  • Maintain customer contract database
  • Manage quote process
  • Prepare and submit formal quotation directly to customer or provide to outside sales for presentation to customer.
  • Work with the team to develop assigned customers by seeking new sales opportunities within the account.
  • Assist with preparation and presentation, as needed, of account business reviews

Controller

 Job Description:

The Controller, reporting to the Corporate Controller. Activities and responsibilities of the Controller include:

  • Safeguard assets and assure accurate and timely recording of all transactions by implementing disciplines of internal audits, controls and checks across all departments
  • Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, perpetual inventory, fixed asset records, and general accounting.
  • Develop, improve and issue timely monthly financial records for Senior Management, and Board of Directors.
  • Drive the annual financial audit and tax preparation process.
  • Drive the “bottoms-up” monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term financial forecasts, budgets, and metrics of the company.
  • Assure financial plans are consistent with organizational goals
  • Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company ventures or special projects, programs, capital expenditures, products costing, etc. when necessary
  • Interface with outside audit firms(s), banks and lessors, casualty/liability insurance agent(s), credit card companies, and collection agencies
  • Provide a visionary and leadership implementation role on behalf of Finance and Human Resources to all departments

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, rewarding, disciplining employees, performance reviews, and addressing complaints and resolving issues

Education:

  • BS or BA in accounting, finance, economics, or general business
  • MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus but not required

Territory Sales Manager (New England)

This role will report to Director of Sales – AFC Northeast – location Boston, MA 

Activities and responsibilities of the Territory Sales Manager include:

  • Work in a defined territory with direct reporting to Director of Sales
  • Focus on customer retention by advancing existing customer relationships at all levels within the customer’s organization and by hosting quarterly business reviews with key customers
  • Expand “share of wallet” at existing customers by regularly adding new components or services
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant account opportunities and keep them updated in the company CRM tool
  • Follow a defined sales process and participate in all weekly, quarterly & annual sales calls / meetings
  • Provide relentless communication to internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process
  • Other duties as assigned.

Professional Experience Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.

Work Experience:

3+ years’ proven track record of fastener VMI program sales and program management to OEM customers

  •  Responsible for pulling and shipping all orders given to them by supervisor or sales personnel.
  • Must be able to read and understand a sales order.
  • Lifting 20-70lbs. regularly
  • Ensure the quality of our product.
  • Must be able to ship and set-up the logistics for product through UPS machine, common carrier, and special delivery services.
  • Must be able to print and pull a floor order.

 Job Duties: Receiving

  • Receive daily UPS.
  • Receive bulk shipments.
  • Receive secondary processes.
  • Perform functional and visual check of material.
  • Authority to receive material into the ERP system.

 Job Duties: General

  •  General clean-up of work area including garbage.
  • Print and “design” simple labels
  • Must be able to operate a scanner.
  • Cycle count Inventory monthly
  • Maintain goals set up for ISO.
  • Must have Driver’s License
  • Required to make deliveries with Company Truck; “Daily”
  • Required to write simple Emails
