West Chester, OH, 8/31/26 – – AFC Industries, a leading provider of supply chain and manufacturing solutions, today announced the acquisition of Signature Engineered Solutions (SES), an Aurora, Illinois-based provider of highly engineered fasteners, components and application solutions.
SES specializes in helping OEM customers solve complex fastening and assembly challenges, with capabilities spanning specialty threaded products, metal and plastic fasteners, clips, clamps, springs, rivets, precision machined components and other engineered solutions. The company serves a diverse range of markets including automotive, heavy truck, heavy equipment, construction, energy, electrification, HVAC and power generation.
The acquisition further strengthens AFC's engineered component capabilities while adding a highly experienced team with deep technical expertise and longstanding relationships with leading manufacturers in the engineered fastener market.
