AFC Industries was founded in 1987 by an experienced management team with the goal of providing quality assembly components and value added services at a market competitive price. Our primary focus during this period was the original equipment manufacturers who were aggressively attempting to consolidate their vendor base and reduce operating expenses. The AFC founders realized that a broad product offering with consistent quality at market competitive prices would develop and retain long term customers. In the early days, more money was invested in quality assurance equipment than in inventory. All employees were trained by quality engineers from one of the major automotive OEM's in an effort to develop a consistent company philosophy regarding procedures, vendor qualification, inspection, test methods, and contract review. This philosophy has paid continued dividends as AFC has outgrown 2 prior facilities and currently resides in an operationally efficient corporate facility located near Cincinnati Ohio.

Our mandate has always been to recruit top producers and give them the freedom to utilize their unique skills and talents to grow individually within the organization. This has resulted in an extremely low turnover rate and employees who are proud of the company that they have helped to create.

Today, AFC Industries services the Automotive, Military, and Industrial Marketplaces throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia. The company founders take a very active role in day to day operations, and with their presence, they insure that their business philosophies remain consistent throughout the organization as new associates are added to support our growth.
